1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to or using any MAETRIX service, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions herein. These Terms incorporate by reference our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to revise service offerings, pricing structures, or policy language at any time. Continued usage after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Availability and Promotions
MAETRIX services are subject to availability based on geographic and technical constraints. Promotional offers are location-dependent and may change or expire without notice.
– Month-to-Month Terms: No early termination fee applies.
– Promotional Offers: Void upon cancellation, suspension, or modification of service.
– Pricing: Subject to change. Notice will be provided where required by law.
3. Performance and Usage Limits
All speed tiers are ‘up to’ designations based on wired conditions. Actual throughput may vary due to environmental, technical, or user-side limitations. Services are intended for residential use. Business or commercial applications require authorization or reclassification.
4. Installation and Access
– Installation fees and access charges may apply.
– Customer must grant MAETRIX safe and reasonable access to premises.
– Required approvals from landlords or property managers must be secured by the Customer.
5. Free Basic Installation Terms
– Customer must maintain active service for a minimum of six (6) months.
– A $200 recovery fee will apply if service is terminated prior.
– MAETRIX reserves the right to assess additional labor or materials charges where site conditions warrant.
6. Billing and Payments
– Monthly service is invoiced electronically and due within 30 calendar days.
– Suspension occurs if unpaid after 30 days; accounts are canceled after 60 days.
– Equipment must be returned within 10 days of cancellation to avoid fees.
7. MAETRIX-Provided Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi performance is subject to environmental variables and end-user devices. Unauthorized sharing of service (e.g., neighbors) is strictly prohibited.
8. Value-Added Services
Additional offerings such as technical support, VoIP, or managed IT may be governed by separate service terms and subject to availability.
9. Third-Party Content
MAETRIX is not responsible for third-party content or streaming services. Any subscriptions, devices, or configurations required for such content are the customer’s responsibility. Any actions taken by MAETRIX to make a best-effort attempt in assistance with third-party subscriptions, devices, or configurations required for such content are not to be taken as MAETRIX taking any liability or responsibility of these services.
10. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time. The final billing period is not prorated. Early termination may void promotional credits or require fee reimbursement. Other conditions and conditions apply with regards to customer responsibility or liability for cancellation.
11. Limitation of Liability
MAETRIX’s maximum liability is limited to the equivalent of one month’s service fee. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from outages, delays, or third-party content.
12. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MAETRIX and its affiliates from any liability arising from service misuse, violations of law, or breach of agreement.
13. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be amended by MAETRIX without prior notice, where permitted by law. The most current version will be posted on our website at https://maetrix.network/terms.
